I've been the Creative Director at Energyhill, a boutique design agency located in Land O'Lakes, Florida, since 2019. During my time there, I've worked with over 50 clients in a variety of different industries, including education, construction, retail, finance, and non-profit.
Managing a team of designers, copywriters, and developers, I established the creative vision for projects and ensured all deliverables aligned with the brand identity of the client, in addition to approving creative work at various stages, providing feedback and direction, and hiring new team members. Communicating rationale, presenting design concepts to clients, and overseeing the creative process from concept to completion, I ensured any website, app, brand, or marketing campaign was delivered on time and exceeded client expectations.

As a UX/UI designer at TuitionEP, a payment platform and app for schools and organizations, I've worked on the design and usability of the app, improving the user experience for parents, students, and teachers. I've also worked on the design of the mobile app, ensuring parents and students would have a seamless experience in paying for tuition and fees, as well as the website, social media, marketing, video, and print collateral for the brand.

After graduating from the University of South Florida in 2018, I held a number of positions as a graphic designer, starting with an internship at Tampa Magazine and later designing print collateral for a primary care doctor and a consulting company called Success Sciences. This gave me ample experience in a number of fields, from healthcare to fashion to business.
